INITIAL LICENSING FEE
$750,000 licensing fee and $50,000 application fee.

LICENSE RENEWAL FEE
For Licensees receiving $100,000,000 or more in Gross Wagers in the immediately preceding twelve-month period, the annual license renewal fee is $750,000.

For Licensees receiving less than $100,000,000 in Gross Wagers in the immediately preceding twelve-month period, the annual license renewal fee is $375,000.

AMATEUR RESTRICTIONS
Prop betting on all NCAA football and basketball games are banned under the law. Leagues can ask regulators to prohibit a specific type or form of wagering.
